Holiday Hours
We are open through the holiday season but will be closed over the following dates:
23 December – 27 December
31 December – 3 January
A skeleton team will be taking care of your orders and available for any customer service.
When shopping, please bear in mind that orders made during dates we are closed will not be processed for despatch until the next working day we are open. Shipping may also take longer than usual if disrupted by public holidays.
Making Contact
As our team enjoys the festive season, we unfortunately won’t be available by email or our live chat when we are closed. But if you’re happy to wait, we’ll respond to any messages when we are open.
Delivery Cut-off Dates
Shop before 16th of December for the best chance of your parcel arriving before Christmas day.
For a more comprehensive explanation of cut-off dates, please see the information provided on the Castle Parcels website. This explains how there is the possibility that orders made after the 16th of December could still get to you in time, depending on location and so on.
We also use NZ Post’s overnight service for smaller items and some orders sent within our local region of Canterbury. This may be 1–2 working days if they become under pressure with higher volumes at this time.
